Reading and Writing Chris Van Allsburg Stories

We have been reading all of the books written by Mrs. Crippen's favorite children's author, Chris Van Allsburg!  We are even writting our own "Allsburg" story based on the story, The Mystery of Harris Burdick.  We plan to send our stories to Chris Van Allsburg as part of his on-going writing contest.  Who knows?  Maybe one of our stories will end up on his website!

Amazing to see how much sugar is in a soda!
